Space Only Stands
Please ensure that your stand designs are submitted for approval at least 1 month before the show to Lourda Derry, Operations Director lourda.derry@easyfairs.com.

Space only booths must ensure that their stand has a dividing wall/partition between any neighbouring stands. If a company is seen to be using the wall of a neighbouring stand they will be automatically charged for a shell scheme.

Shell Scheme Stands

Our package includes:

• White partition walls
• 3 spotlights per 9m2
• 1 kw power supply per 9m2
• Antricate carpet (dark grey unless otherwise requested)
• Name board

EFI Logistics are the ONLY Company permitted to use mechanical handling equipment at this event, therefore if you require unloading with a forklift, this MUST be booked through EFI Logistics.

Liability Insurance
All exhibitors are requested to submit a copy of their insurance certificate to the organisers a minimum of one month prior to the event.

It is each exhibitors responsibility to have adequate insurance against any injury, loss or damage that may occur during the event. Most corporate insurance companies provide cover for this however we can recommend the following specialists companies:
