Notice regarding shell schemes Space only booths must ensure that their stand has a dividing wall/partition between any neighbouring stands. If a company is seen to be using the wall of a neighbouring stand they will be automatically charged for a shell scheme.
Space only stands designs must be submitted to the marketing@stocexpo.com for approval a minimum of one month prior to the event
* Maximum Build Height is 4m2 * Electrical, water and waste services will be run to stands via the overhead supply canals.

Gielissen Interiors & Exhibition are the appointed furniture Contractors and can supply a selection of furniture and accessories for the duration of the Exhibition. Alternative furniture items (different colours, styles etc.) may be ordered directly on request.

Please note that the early bird deadline date is Friday 12 February 2010 Orders received after the deadline date are subject to a 25% surcharge., orders received after the March 19 are subject to a 40% surcharge.
All exhibitors are requested to submit a copy of their insurance certificate to the organisers a minimum of one month prior to the event.
It is each exhibitors responsibility to have adequate insurance against any injury, loss or damage that may occur during the event. Most corporate insurance companies provide cover for this however we can recommended the following specialists companies:
