Admission to the exhibition is free of charge for all. However, we would recommend registering now in order to save time on the day.
Admission to the conference is R$895/US$500 for chemical & oil companies and other terminal operating organisation or alternatively pay a daily rate of R$500.
Non terminal operators & equipment suppliers for the full 2 day conference is R$1690/US$950 or alternatively pay a daily rate of R$900.
The conference fee includes a cd-rom of all conference presentations & a certificate of participation.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations the following refunds will be applicable:
Up to 4 weeks before: 75% refund
Up to 3 weeks before: 50% refund
Up to 2 weeks before: 25% refund
1 week before or less 0% refund
Please note that it is your own responsibility to obtain a visa we are unable to assist.
