StocExpo Sponsorship Opportunities
Conference 3 Sponsors - €2800 each
As one of a maximum of 3 conference-sponsoring companies you have a captive audience. Some of the leading movers and shakers will be present in the conference hall and this is the perfect opportunity for your company to have a high level visibility.
As a conference sponsor you will have:
- Your company logo on the delegate bag handed to each delegate i.e. your customer
- Your hyperlinked logo on the relevant CONFERENCE website page used by those viewing the programme online
- Your company logo will appear on screen before and after each presentation
- Table to place your company literature at the rear of the hall
- Your company logo on the home page and on the sponsors page on the relevant StocExpo website
Wall Panel Posters around the exhibition - €1,490
Build on your company’s presence at the show by having 4 company posters in the hall on the exhibition wall. The posters must not be larger than 0.8m wide and 2m tall. Availability is limited to a few companies [dependant on wall space] – so first come first serve!
Exhibitor's online logo on exhibitor’s list - €150 each
Visitors and delegates check the exhibitors list online to have an idea of what companies and which products and services will be shown at StocExpo. This is your chance to stand out from the crowd, a hyperlinked logo on the exhibitors listing page will get your company noticed quickly. The enhance listing would also have your directory information displayed.
Walking Hostess - €1,580
The sponsoring companies are allowed a maximum of two walking hostesses, who can circulate and distribute literature or company products to visitors within the exhibition hall. The hostesses must not block the aisles or stand outside other exhibitor’s stands
Exclusive Sponsorship Opportunities
Onsite Registration area sponsorship - €TBA
An exceptional opening to gain maximum exposure during the StocExpo show. A wall banner advert will be displayed on the six panels behind the registration desk. Pre-registered visitors and delegates, as well as onsite registrants cannot miss the display.
Delegates’ Coffee Breaks - €TBA
An opportunity not to be missed! An opportunity to network with the delegates, some of whom would not have time to visit every stand at the show.

- Stand alone banners with your company’s logo will be placed in areas within the partitioned area
- Opportunity to place literature within the drinks area

Exclusive Networking Reception - €TBA
A perfect networking opportunity to host an informal event for all the delegates and visitors to the StocExpo show while promoting your company’s image and products throughout the evening. Invites will carry your company logo.
Internet café - €4,500
Only one company can sponsor the Internet café. Your company’s homepage will be set as the default homepage. You will also be able to display brochures and other promotional material within the area.
Badge sponsorship - €4650
Another single sponsorship opportunity whereby your company logo appears on all visitor and delegate badges along with your logo on all lanyards. [Lanyards to be supplied by sponsor.]
Aisle markers - €TBA
Your company logo to appear on a number of carpet tiles directing people from the exhibition entrance to your stand.
Pre-Registration sponsorship - €3420
With many companies pre-registering online, we can offer a unique opportunity for targeting visitors and conference delegates long before the exhibition even begins. Your hyperlink logo will appear on all online pre-registration forms and your hyperlink on the automated response acknowledging receipt of the forms.

Table Sponsor €1250
Why not increase your exposure at the exhibition by promoting your company throughout the event. Display company literature/ promotional material on the designated sponsors table. The sponsor’s table will be located in the registration area, which everyone entering the conference and exhibition will have to pass. As a Table Sponsor you will also be listed as a sponsor in our website with a hyperlinked web banner also, your company logo will appear in the event catalogue as well as being on the sponsors banners around the exhibition centre.
Goodie Bag Sponsors € 1750
This year we are trying something new and exciting!
We will be giving out goodie bags from the registration desk to all of our visitors, that’s right all of them. This is a recession busting way to promote your company, personalise your brand and enhance your image at a low cost. You will be able to include an item of your choice in our goodie bag and you will also benefit from mass media as your company will be listed as a sponsor in the event catalogue, on banners around the exhibition centre as well as on other promotional material. To give you the online visibility you will be listed as a sponsor on our sponsorship page and you will also have a hyperlinked web banner on our web site.
Conference Paper Sponsor €2800
As the Conference Paper Sponsor you will benefit from publicity before the exhibition, during the event and after. Most of delegates that come to our conference are terminal operators, oil majors chemical majors, contractors etc. All delegates can request a copy of the presentations from the conference. Every conference paper that we send will include your company logo and a thank you. You will also be listed as a sponsor in our website with a hyperlinked web banner also, your company logo will appear in the event catalogue as well as being on the sponsors banners around the exhibition centre. This added exposure will increase your brand awareness and recognition what’s more it will relate directly to your customers.
On-Site Registration Form Sponsor €3250
Extend your marketing message and enhance your visibility at the exhibition by being our On-Site Registration Form Sponsor. Everyone that has to register on site will see your company logo on their registration form so there is no way for our visitors can miss you. In addition your company will benefit from having a hyperlinked web banner on our website, your logo will appear in the event catalogue, your logo will also appear on banners around the centre and on any other promotional material.
In addition to the above sponsorship benefits, the exhibition itself will have banners with a list of all of our sponsors displayed around the exhibition room.
