Admission to the exhibition is free of charge for all. However, we would recommend registering now in order to save time on the day.
Admission to the conference is €750.00/1500.00 YTL if you register before 1 September 2008. Alternatively, you may attend one day only for €400.00/800.00 YTL. There is a 50% for all second and subsequent delegates registering from the same company.
Please note that all conference presentations will be presented in both English & Turkish
The conference fee includes on-line access to all conference presentations & a certificate of participation after the event.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations the following refunds will be applicable:
Up to 4 weeks before: 75% refund
Up to 3 weeks before: 50% refund
Up to 2 weeks before: 25% refund
1 week before or less 0% refund
Please note that it is your own responsibility to obtain a visa we are unable to assist.
