Dearman Systems provides terminal automation, enterprise management, and fuel logistics software to the bulk liquid storage and distribution markets. Dearman’s flexible and secure software products are used and trusted by companies around the world — including AmeriGas, NGL, Colonial Pipeline, Kinder Morgan, Energy Transfer, Chevron, Phillips 66, Keyera, and Renewable Energy Group.

At the terminal level, Dearman provides two terminal automation systems, RTG and TAS.net. Dearman’s specialists help their customers choose the right system for their terminal, which is generally based on the number of devices that need to be automated.

At the enterprise level, Dearman provides a product called UNITY which is a multi-terminal unification platform. With UNITY, companies can share data between a central office and any number of terminals. UNITY is the platform for applications like Inventory Management and Contracts & Invoicing.

Dearman’s fuel logistics software is called LYNX which connects terminal operators, position holders, and customers in a real-time, self-service portal for optimized order management. It is available for a variety of transportation methods including truck, rail, and barge. Inside the LYNX application, there are unique features to adequately handle the ins and outs of each transportation method.

Terminal Automation Software System

Your load authorization sequences and inventory management could be better. Dearman’s software automates certain manual processes in a terminal, specifically around load authorization, product movement (via multiple transportation methods), product measurement, documentation, and reporting.
