As a Customer Success Consultant at Smartflow, you are responsible for ensuring our customers’ success with our platform. You are the primary point of contact for your own customers, proactively maintaining relationships, listening to customer inquiries, and providing appropriate solutions. You implement solutions, handle product questions, and conduct workshops on using Smartflow.
Additionally, you also act as a project manager, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
We are looking for a talented and driven individual passionate about technology and driven to help industrial companies begin their digital transition.
Ideally, you have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience as an (implementation) consultant and/or project manager.
Preferred experience in industries such as (petro)chemical, tank storage, maritime, or TIC.
You must have an excellent command of Dutch and English and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are proactive, organized, a team player, hands-on, and possess good communication skills.
You are driven to make implementations successful from A to Z and give the customer a “wow experience.”
You have a strong and entrepreneurial personality, making you comfortable dealing with stakeholders at different levels and with different (cultural) backgrounds.
You learn quickly and can adapt to new technologies and processes.
