LPG transportation by rail between refineries by contractor was planned. In this context, the LPG Wagon Loading Unit and the control of this unit were transferred to the first refinery and control building was established. The wagons to be loaded from the first refinery were delivered to second refinery.
It was planned to be discharged with the help of compressors. Capacity of the loading facility to be established was 1500 tons/day, The loading process had to be designed by Gizil to be completed in 10 hours.
Gizil worked with 6 different disciplines which are Process & Safety, Mechanical and Piping, Civil and Structure, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering in this project.
In this project, Autocad 2D, Autocad Plant 3D, Tekla Structures, SAP 2000, Faro Scene, Pipe Flow Expert, Hysys, Leica Cyclone and Aveva has been used by the teams.
We provided approximately 380 deliverables within the scope of this project.
