The transaction values the business at \u20ac290 million.<\/p><p data-start=\"253\" data-end=\"488\">OCI Ammonia Holding owns OCI Terminal Europoort\u2014OCI\u2019s ammonia import and storage terminal in Rotterdam\u2014and OCI Ammonia Distribution, which manages the company\u2019s ammonia distribution platform serving third-party customers across Europe.<\/p><p data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"647\">The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026, pending regulatory approvals, customary closing conditions, and approval by OCI shareholders.<\/p><p data-start=\"649\"
