2. Complete all of the exhibitor forms by clicking on the ‘Forms & Deadlines’ page. This includes:

• Grid Plan (mandatory for all exhibitors)
• Risk Assessment (mandatory for all exhibitors)
• Health and safety (mandatory for all exhibitors)

*Above forms are in addition to the risk assessment that accompanies space only stand plans. The online risk assessment only covers the open period of the event this is in addition to space only plans.

For space only stands:

All stands plans and RAMS must be uploaded to FFAIR this includes the following:

• Contractor contact details
• Detailed drawings (to include elevations, layout and perspective with dimensions illustrating the design on the stand, locations of all equipment/machinery on display and any booths with coverage ceilings or double story designs which require special approval by the relevant authorities)
• Your stand constructor’s public liability insurance (minimum £5 million coverage)
• A detailed Risk Assessment
• A Method Statement
• A Health & Safety Declaration
• Type of flooring
• Electrical plans
• Rigging plans (if applicable)
• Water plans (if applicable)
• A Construction Phase Plan
