What makes StocExpo an unmissable event?
StocExpo is where the tank storage industry meets to do business, solve operational challenges and stay ahead of what’s next. Over two days in Rotterdam, terminal operators, suppliers and energy infrastructure professionals come together to share ideas, source solutions and make things happen.
There are exciting plans underway for the 2027 edition, including the return of the FETSA Tank Storage Conference with two exclusive new keynotes, bringing further focus, conversations and opportunities for the sector.
What can I expect from StocExpo?
StocExpo is a two-day event for the bulk liquid storage, terminal and energy infrastructure sectors. It brings together suppliers with the people who specify, operate, maintain and invest in storage facilities, including terminal leaders, engineers, HSEQ professionals, procurement teams, logistics specialists and commercial decision-makers.
The event addresses practical priorities across storage, handling, transport, safety, maintenance and infrastructure. Its content and technology focus includes inspection, asset integrity, automation, robotics, digitalisation, operational efficiency and safety. Conference streams also examine ammonia, future fuels, emissions reduction, regulation and terminal design.
StocExpo is relevant for teams assessing how existing terminals can be adapted and how new infrastructure should be designed for future fuels. The programme covers safety, regulation, emissions reduction, ammonia and terminal design, alongside technologies for inspection, maintenance, automation and operational risk management.
StocExpo enables teams to compare suppliers, discuss applications directly and see selected technologies operating on the show floor. Alongside the exhibition, the tank storage conference programme provides perspectives from terminal operators, industry specialists and other decision-makers on safety, digitalisation, maintenance and the changing energy landscape.
Use the exhibitor list on the StocExpo website to identify participating solution providers before attending. At the event, visit the Sprint Robotics Drones & Robotics Zone for live demonstrations of technologies such as inspection drones, crawlers and robotic arms, with a focus on maintenance, inspection, safety and automation.

Once the event’s meeting tool is available, use the StocExpo app to identify exhibitors, request appointments and manage your schedule. You can also review the exhibitor list in advance and contact relevant suppliers directly to arrange a time at their stand during the event.
Select “Enquire for a stand” or “Book your stand” on the StocExpo homepage and submit your details to the event sales team. They can advise on stand options, sponsorship opportunities and suitable ways to demonstrate your technology to terminal, storage and energy-infrastructure decision-makers.

CONFERENCE AND FEATURES
The FETSA & Tank Storage Conference at StocExpo was the leading forum for tank storage and future fuels professionals. It connected terminal operators, ports, traders, and policymakers with experts across oil, gas, and chemicals to address key industry challenges.
Developed in collaboration with the Association NH3 Event, the programme focused on future fuels, covering safety, regulation, emissions reduction and terminal design. Attendees gained practical insights to repurpose existing assets and build new infrastructure for the energy transition.
The Sprint Robotics Drones & Robotics zone was back, bigger than ever. With live demonstrations of the latest arms, crawlers, inspection drones and more, visitors could witness safety on the show floor like never before.
In 2026, StocExpo expanded its educational offering with certified training workshops in collaboration with EEMUA. Attendees were able to earn EEMUA CPD-accredited certification through two expert-led workshops, held each morning.
