Friday 30th January 2026 | All stands Plans and Rams must be uploaded to FFAIR this includes the following · Contractor Contact Details · Detailed Stand plans, including all measurements/dimensions · Risk assessment · Method statement · Type of flooring you will be using · Electrical plans · Rigging plans, if applicable · Water plans, If aplicable (remember a raised floor is mandatory) |

Wednesday 18th February 2026 | Deadline to send artwork (on AlterExpo’s platform) |
Monday 23rd February 2026 | Last day to order additional items on the webshop before it closes |
