Below is a list of important deadlines and forms that must be completed on time to ensure a smooth running of your event and to ensure you get the best possible rates on stand orders.
Friday 22nd January 2027 | 1. End of early bird rates on the webshop accessible via MyEasyfairs
2. Complete The exhibitor Forms. This includes.. · The shell Amendment form (only for Shell Scheme and if you wish to remove items from your stand) · Grid plan (mandatory for all exhibitors) · Risk Assessment (mandatory for all exhibitors) · Health and safety (mandatory for all exhibitors) *Above 2 forms are in addition to the risk assessment that accompanies space only stand plans.The online risk assessment only covers the open period of the event this is in addition to space only plans |
Friday 29th January 2027 | All stands Plans and Rams must be uploaded to FFAIR this includes the following · Contractor Contact Details · Detailed Stand plans, including all measurements/dimensions · Risk assessment · Method statement · Type of flooring you will be using · Electrical plans · Rigging plans, if applicable · Water plans, If aplicable (remember a raised floor is mandatory) |
Wednesday 10th February 2027 | Deadline to order Graphics |
Wednesday 17th February 2027 | Deadline to send artwork (on AlterExpo’s platform) |
Monday 22nd February 2027 | Last day to order additional items on the webshop before it closes |
