My name is Heather Parsons and I am the Project Coordinator at Elmac Technologies. Elmac has supported the Bulk Storage industry for more than 70 years. In that time, they have developed an enviable, global reputation for manufacturing patent-protected Flame Arresters and Pressure Protection Equipment.
My role consists of handling incoming and outgoing documents, liaising with customers and working alongside sub-contractors to ensure timely fulfilment of projects. As our customers’ primary contact, I am also responsible for providing updates on their orders.
Project Coordination can be complex at times. I take great pride in managing customer expectations, seeking solutions that work for them and building long-term relationships.
The best part of the Bulk Storage industry is meeting remarkable people from all walks of life, something I never anticipated before joining Elmac.
