Advario and Braskem Idesa Inaugurate $500 Million Ethane Storage Terminal in Veracruz

Advario and Braskem Idesa have inaugurated a $500 million ethane storage terminal in Veracruz, Mexico. The new facility is set to strengthen the region’s petrochemical infrastructure and ensure greater reliability for Braskem Idesa’s operations, supporting long-term industrial growth in the country.

Meanwhile, MOL Group and SOCAR have signed key terms for a new exploration, development, and production sharing agreement in the Shamakhi-Gobustan region of Azerbaijan. Signed during the Baku Energy Forum, the agreement marks a deepening of the strategic partnership between the two companies and follows a memorandum of understanding signed in 2023 focused on expanding hydrocarbon exploration in the region.
