AVTL to Build Major New Storage Terminal at JNPA Port, Mumbai

AVTL has confirmed a final investment decision to develop a new greenfield terminal at JNPA Port, its second at the site. The facility will include 132,000 m³ of LPG storage, 318,000 m³ for liquid products, and a 35,000 MT LPG bottling plant.

Supported by Vopak, which holds a 42.23% stake, the €170 million investment aims to strengthen supply infrastructure for India’s fast-growing western and central regions. Commissioning will begin in phases starting mid-2026.
