What I enjoyed most about exhibiting at StocExpo 2025 was the high level of engagement with both new and existing clients. The event attracted a relevant audience, giving us the perfect platform to showcase our latest solutions and technologies. It was also a great opportunity to strengthen partnerships, gain market insights, and stay updated on trends shaping the future of the tank storage industry
What are you most looking forward to at StocExpo 2026?
For StocExpo 2026, I’m most looking forward to exhibiting jointly with Tory Technology, where our shared focus will be on advanced control room management solutions. We’ll be highlighting our latest developments in flow computing (MFX_4), terminal automation system COTAS ® and pipeline applications. Together, we’re demonstrating how integrated technologies can deliver greater operational transparency, safety, and efficiency across terminals and pipeline infrastructure. It’s a great opportunity to show how our combined expertise supports smarter, more reliable terminal solutions —and to engage with industry professionals who are shaping the future of terminal automation. . And with J. Heinr. Kramer Group we are presenting end-to-end turnkey solutions for tank farm modernization including piping and steelworks.
If you could fly to any country tomorrow, where would you go and why?
If I could fly to any country tomorrow, I would choose any Latin American country, let’s say Argentina or Columbia . It’s a fascinating blend of tradition and innovation, with its rich cultural heritage, beautiful landscapes and huge market potential. I’ve always wanted to explore the old towns, parks and gardens, but also experience the vibrant dynamic of cities such as Buenos Aires or Bogota. The food, history, and unique balance between the old and new would make for an unforgettable adventure!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
The best piece of advice I’ve ever received is: “Leave a legacy” It’s something that’s stuck with me over the years, especially in both professional and personal growth. Perfection can often lead to hesitation or burnout, but focusing on steady progress keeps things moving forward and encourages learning along the way. It’s a mindset that helps in overcoming challenges and appreciating the journey.
What’s one thing you’re really passionate about outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m really passionate about sailing, biking, photography, and spending quality time with my family. Biking lets me enjoy the outdoors and stay active, while photography gives me a creative outlet to capture special moments and unique perspectives. Most importantly, sharing these experiences with my family helps me stay grounded and balanced, reminding me of what truly matters.
If you could switch lives with someone for a day, who would it be?
If I could switch lives with someone for a day, I think I’d choose a travel photographer. The idea of experiencing a day in the life of someone who’s constantly discovering new places, meeting people from different cultures, and capturing incredible moments sounds fascinating. It would be amazing to see the world through their lens, both literally and figuratively, and gain a new perspective on life.
What’s an industry trend or innovation that you’re excited about?
One industry trend I’m really excited about is the continued advancement of digitalization and automation in tank storage and terminal management. Innovations like AI-driven control room management, flow computer technology, real-time data analytics, and enhanced pipeline monitoring—including leakage detection—are transforming how operators improve safety, efficiency, and decision-making.
