Emirates and ENOC Group sign MoU to explore SAF supply in Dubai

Emirates and ENOC Group have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore and develop joint initiatives for supplying sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to Emirates at its Dubai hub. The MoU was signed during the Dubai Airshow by Adel Al Redha, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer, and Hussain Sultan Lootah, Acting CEO of ENOC Group.

Under the agreement, both parties will conduct feasibility studies to evaluate SAF supply opportunities in Dubai, including required supply chain infrastructure, production capacity, and commercial viability. The collaboration will also assess pathways for developing cost-effective SAF production and supply infrastructure in the emirate, with ENOC examining its potential role in local production. A joint steering committee will oversee the evaluation process.
