Evos Hamburg has marked an important achievement with the official commencement of its lease for the 4.6-hectare Hohe Schaar property, one of the final strategically valuable development locations within the Port of Hamburg. This agreement reinforces the company’s long-term dedication to responsible growth and contributes to Germany’s shift toward a modern energy system.
Positioned directly beside the current Evos Hamburg terminal, Hohe Schaar provides immediate connectivity to essential port infrastructure. The area is considered one of the last prime sites in the port suitable for major expansion initiatives. By granting the lease, the Hamburg Port Authority highlights its commitment to ensuring new projects align with the Port Development Plan 2040, which emphasises sustainable energy solutions and resilient infrastructure.
