Vapor Recovery Units

Hundreds of customers around the world rely on AEREON liquid-ring and dry-vacuum based VRU systems that economically recover a variety of VOCs in truck, rail, marine storage and loading applications. AEREON also provides comprehensive service support for carbon VRUs, including other manufacturers’ brands.

Mobile Ultra Low NOx and CO Emission Flare systems

AEREON’s line of CEB® ultra-low NOx and CO emission-burner systems are unlike any other in the market. They utilizes proprietary, premixed, surface-combustion technology to burn VOC-laden waste gases in any application, from continuous and batch operations to emergency back-ups of other equipment. Compact and easy to install and maintain, they start up quickly from idle state and are economical to operate.

Enclosed Combustion Systems

Enclosed combustion systems are designed to enhance safety and reduce fuel costs by burning vapors within a temperature-controlled chamber. AEREON offers vapor combustion units (VCUs), enclosed combustors, patented ultra-low NOx emissions devices, and several types of thermal oxidizers (TOs).

Services

Our services division provides commissioning and installation support, routine maintenance and inspections (PMIs), emergency repairs, retrofits and equipment upgrades, troubleshooting services, and -- in some markets -- full emission-testing services. The team is backed by a deep bench of engineering experts in emission control equipment design and operations. AEREON also maintains comprehensive inventory of the spare parts required to keep equipment operating efficiently including, in select markets, vapor combustors or flares that are available on a rental basis.

We have several ASME code facilities to build and refurbish/repair pressure vessels.
