The Krautkrämer USM 36 is an ultra-reliable portable ultrasonic flaw detector for precise results under any conditions. Our range of FLUXO penetrants has been developed with the aim of being able to handle just about any application under the most diverse conditions. Cold (10°C and less), super polished and even very hot (up to +200°C) surfaces are no problem for our products. Products are available water-based, oil-based and even some products are 80% biodegradable. At our production site in La Flèche (France), we combine production, control of our products, R&D laboratory and storage of our FLUXO range. ELMED ISOTEST stands for efficient and reliable porosity testing with minimal material stress of the coating. Non-conductive coatings and coverings on a conductive base, such as metal, can be high voltage tested non-destructively. Normal visual inspection can easily miss pores, cracks or other damage that are easily detected by high voltage impulses. For damp, dirty and even only slightly conductive surfaces, ISOTEST® holiday detectors offer you the maximum test energy with the greatest possible safety – for both the tester and the test results. High voltage impulse technology coupled with patented automatic regulation keeps the test voltage stable, even in extreme circumstances. The microprocessor controlled sensitivity adapter guarantees a non-destructive test with the ideal test voltage.

WILNOLED UNIVERSAL SERIES II

The new WilnoLED Universal Series II is a more powerful version of the proven WilnoLED Universal X-ray film viewer. The Series II contains a more powerful LED technology, which offers the user a significantly higher luminance as well as improved uniformity in illumination. Optimum cooling and smooth running ensure pleasant and standard-compliant continuous operation. The brightness of the device can be adjusted quickly and infinitely and additional masks enable glare-free film evaluation. A wide range of wear-resistant probes, different calibration methods and evaluation options make these coating thickness gauges suitable for a wide variety of coating measurement applications, even in the most demanding environments. All probes are equipped with wear resistant poles ensuring long life for use also on abrasive substrates. The DEFECTOMETER M 1.837 is a modern eddy current testing device for manual crack detection with a very high sensitivity. In addition, it can also be used for simple hardness testing and material sorting. It has automatic lift, zero and wobble compensation and error resolution from as little as 20 µm and a wide range of automated functions. In addition, the intuitive operation does not require any prior knowledge. The LED scale display and the LCD display ensure very good readeability even in bright daylight or in complete darkness. The long battery life of 35 hours and a USB interface make DEFECTOMETER M 1.837 the perfect companion for manual crack detection and hardness testing as well as for material sorting. Typical applications for DEFECTOMETER M 1.837 are crack detection on turbine blades, on wheel rims and on rivets of an aircraft, on bridges, rails and gas lines, automotive components, but also simple material distinctions, the determination of different surface hardnesses and the detection and determination of crack depths on semi-finished products.
