Tanker Loading Arms
Top and bottom, loading or unloading arms, Carbis Loadtec arms are recognised as being the highest quality at affordable prices. Manufactured in Europe and designed to meet your exact requirement these systems provide security and reliability every time. Carbis Loadtec swivels carry a five-year warranty.
Fall Prevention Systems
Carbis Loadtec supplies the widest range of fall prevention systems available. We can meet your needs if it is a standard folding stair or come to our stand and allow us to demonstrate the vertically elevating multi-modal system which many customers have adopted as their standard for safe tanker top access.
Packaged Solutions
Carbis Loadtec can provide you with turnkey solutions for tanker loading and unloading facilities worldwide. This includes the steel platforms, meter skids, loading arms and fall prevention systems. The picture shows a three bay package supplied to Thailand.
Mobile Tanker Access Cart
An essential part of our portfolio is the TC-10 Mobile Access Cart. This is a very versatile system that can easily be moved around site on its 380mm dia wheels. It has a wide range of heights and is ideally suited to ISO containers and round barrel tankers because of its large cage with integral landing.
Autoload - fully automatic loading arm.
Autoload is a registered trade mark to describe a true innovation in loading technology. Autoload will remove the need for an operator to touch or guide the loading arm. It will seek the manhole on the tanker, insert, carry out safety checks and load automatically. On completion the arm will automatically return to its parking position.
Bottom Loading Meter Skids
Carbis Loadtec supplies high quality and durable systems with long warranties. Up to six loading arms and one vapour arm per bay, combined with our API coupler range as stand-alone products or along with our meter skid systems.
Track Mounted Gangways
Track Mounted Folding Stairs by Carbis Loadtec are used in situations where access for a tanker, or multiple tankers, is required along a road way, these give total operational flexibility and safe access by having a folding stair mounted to a unique track. The track system also carries the safety barriers and swing shut gates that give the walkway its integrity.
Dino® Bulk Truck Loader
Efficiently load a variety of bulk goods with the Dino® bulk tanker loader. Whether it’s big-bags, containers with inner liners, or loose bulk goods moved with a shovel, the Dino® loader handles them all seamlessly. FAST LOADING The big-bag or other packaging is placed in the hopper, which can be adapted to meet your specific requirements. A fully automated screw system then lifts the bulk goods upward. Through the outlet connected to the silo tanker’s manhole, the bulk goods are discharged into the tanker. With a capacity of either 40 m3 or 80 m3 per hour, the filling of a silo tanker can be completed within just one hour. SAFE & EFFICIENT The Dino® fully complies with EC standards, H&S legislation and Occupational H&S regulations. With the Dino®, you can swiftly, safely, and efficiently manage loading tasks.
