Conservation Tank Vents
The Model 3100 end-of-line conservation breather vent is designed for use on atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks where pressure and vacuum relief is required. Now available with different seat constructions to meet the highests standards on emmisions.
Emergency Vents
The 8900 Series manway pressure and pressure / vacuum relief vents provide emergency pressure relief beyond that furnished by the normal pressure vent for atmospheric and low pressure tanks, as well as a convenient access for tank cleaning, inspection and repair. Emergency relief vents provide relief from excessive internal pressure which may be caused by an abnormal condition; such as ruptured internal heating coils, an external fire, a failure of the tank blanketing system, a sudden cooling of the tank or a break in the tank wall.
Blanketing Valves
The Model 1078 is a pilot-operated valve, specifically designed to reduce blanketing gas losses on lowpressure storage tanks. It opens and closes automatically as required, to maintain a closely controlled blanket pressure. The simple design, increases reliability and lowers maintenance cost. Flame & Detonation Arrestors
A complete line flame and detonation arrestors is introduced at the StocExpo Europe 2017. Available with a wide range of connections, gasgroups and materials. Manufactured, and tested according to Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX114) and ISO16852.
Pilot Operated Vent Valves
The Pilot Operated Model 5500 conservation pressure vent with pipe-away is intended for use where pressure relief is required and the relieving vapors must be piped away and not emitted into the atmosphere. May also be used for in-line vacuum relief. Perfect for systems with backpressure situations in the header piping. Bubble tight up to setpoint and reaching full flow with only 1-2 % buildup. Extremely reliable and proven in the field.
Pressure & Vacuum Vents with Flame Arrester
This valve offers both pressure & vacuum protection whislt filling and emptying a storage tank, along with the added protection of an intergrated flame arrester, to prevent any external igntion souce entering the tanks vapour space.
