About us
CTS.green is a specialist in the treatment of offgas emissions in the (petro)chemical industry and at terminals.
Our services for permanent emission treatment installations include the supply of new installations from the company Dürr, as well as maintenance and service for existing emission treatment installations.
We offer solutions that result in minimal NOx emissions from vapor processing, which are many times lower than the prescribed standards. These solutions include conventional RTOs and electric RTOs that have been successfully applied at terminals many times.
Additionally, we offer mobile degassing installations under the name Triple D, including mobile RTOs and mobile Flameless Thermal Oxidizers (FTO). The FTO is a new innovation and can be seen as an environmentally friendly alternative to a closed flare. With a much longer residence time, the destruction of vapors can be ensured. Since there is no flame in an FTO, there will be no thermal NOx generated, unlike in a closed flare. This results in NOx levels of 10 mg/m3 or lower.
Recently we entered into a partnership with Carbovac, enabling us to offer Vapor Recovery Units for terminals and the related maintenance executed by Luveba. So when loading of barges and tankers is your activity, we can help you out. With the strict emission regulations in the Netherlands, a VRU can have a hard time, especially in the summer. Putting an electrical RTO od Dürr behind the VRU will solve your problem.
