Concrete Canvas
About us
Concrete Canvas is a flexible cement impregnated fabric that hardens on hydration to form a thin, durable, water proof and fire proof concrete layer, allowing concrete to be used in a completely new way.
CC is a low mass, low carbon geo-textile technology which uses up to 95% less material than conventional concrete for many applications. It is chemically resistant, has good weathering performance and will not degrade in UV, with an expected life of over 120 years. CC can be cut or shaped using hand-tools, and requires a minimal amount of personnel and training to install.
In short, Concrete Canvas allows construction and remediation projects in the petrochem sector to be completed with more efficiency and flexibility than traditional concrete solutions.
CC Hydro - a Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Barrier (GCCB) – is a revolutionary containment product, combining the company’s concrete geotextile technology with a chemically resistant geomembrane backing, removing the need for concrete, soil or aggregate top cover, normally required with conventional liner systems.
Products

Concrete Canvas
Concrete Canvas is available in 3 types: CCT1 - 5mm CCT2 - 8mm CCT3 - 13mm Either in bulk rolls of up to 200sqm or smaller man-portable batched rolls. Concrete Canvas® (CC) is a flexible, concrete-impregnated fabric that hardens on hydration to form a thin, durable, water proof and fire-resistant concrete layer. Essentially, it’s concrete on a roll. CC allows concrete construction without the need for plant or mixing equipment: JUST ADD WATER.

CC Hydro
CC Hydro™ is the world's first all-in-one armoured impermeable liner for containment applications. It combines the company's concrete-impregnated fabric technology with a highly impermeable, chemically resistant geomembrane liner. The liner incorporates a hi-visibility welding strip which allows joints to be thermally bonded with a double-track or triple-track air channel for on-site testing. CC Hydro is available in 2 types: CCHT1 5mm CCHT2 8mm

CCX
CCX® is primarily used for lining uniformly profiled erosion control applications. CCX® consists of two interconnected layers of geotextile that encapsulate a specially formulated dry concrete mix. CCX-MAT® (CCX-M®) is a variant of CCX® with an LLDPE geomembrane backing which ensures the material has very low permeability. CCX-M® can be rapidly unrolled to line and remediate canal infrastructure. It is significantly faster, easier and more cost-effective to install than conventional lining methods. CCX® can be hydrated either by spraying or by being fully immersed in water. As a result, CCX-M® is the ideal solution for the lining and remediation of large channels such as irrigation canals, increasing their operational life and reducing water seepage losses. CCX-UTILITY® (CCX-U®) is a variant of CCX® without an LLDPE backing. Whilst unsuitable for hydraulic applications such as channels, it may be used to line uniformly profiled slopes. CCX® products exceed the minimum Type II GCCM requirements of ASTM D8364 – Standard Specification for GCCM Materials.
