About us
Crea Construct, founded in 1999, has grown into a leading total partner in the world of fire protection systems. Using clear communication, organization and efficiency, we provide high-quality services to customers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Our experience in demanding sectors such as (petro)chemicals and oil & gas, together with the necessary technical knowledge, enables us to execute projects from start to finish, regardless of complexity. Customers are supported from initial design to final inspection, with an appropriate long-term maintenance contract. Prefabricated pump room
We have a lot of experience in the design and production of prefab pump rooms. Of course, we can also build the pump room in a building made available by the customer, but we can also supply a ready-made unit. We ensure that the steel structure of the pump room can fully absorb the forces of the pump. After welding, the steel structure is preserved. Construction of the pump room begins and includes a diamond plate floor and an outer cladding of RF60 sandwich panels. The colors are of your choice, standard in red but other colors are possible.
Monitor towers
In situations where a sprinkler or deluge installation is not practical, monitors offer an excellent solution. A monitor is a water cannon that can be aimed manually or electrically at a fire source. Water or foam can be used for extinguishing. At Crea Construct we offer a wide range of options for electrical control of monitors. This can be done remotely, for example from a control room, or via a remote control. Both the horizontal and vertical movement of the monitor can be controlled, and even the shape of the water jet can be adjusted. On request, monitors can also go through an automatic (oscillating) extinguishing pattern or automatically assume a specific position, depending on the origin of the fire. Monitors can be placed in various locations, such as on the ground, a bundwall or pipe rack. They can also be raised and installed on a separate monitor tower. This flexibility ensures that we can perfectly tailor the monitor to your specific situation. We have extensive experience in the design, implementation and rigorous testing of monitoring systems, including monitoring towers. You can rest assured that your fire protection is in good hands with us.
Warehouse and workshop
Crea Construct has extensive warehouse spaces. Products are not only stored here, but also processed by experienced operators. This way we can guarantee speed, flexibility and tailor-made products. Our well-organized warehouse spaces are designed with efficiency in mind. With a smart layout and optimized storage systems we can guarantee quick access to products. This means that we are able to process orders quickly and accurately, allowing deadlines to be met.
Deluge systems
The deluge installation is a frequently used principle for the protection of special risks, such as the cooling of storage tanks or process installations. We install a dry pipe network with open spray heads (nozzles), which are all activated simultaneously by a deluge valve. This deluge valve can be activated based on sensing (electrical), pilot sprinklers (pneumatic) or manually, both on site and remotely via an electrical signal. At Crea Construct, our engineers have extensive experience in designing deluge installations and finding the right hydraulic balance within one system or between multiple systems. We strive for the most efficient installation to make optimal use of the pump capacity and water supply. For deluge installations, we try to prefabricate as much piping as possible to ensure smooth installation on site. Our experienced and well-trained technicians carry out installation in accordance with all safety regulations.
Foam systems
At Crea Construct we offer effective foam extinguishing for high risks, especially for flammable liquids. The diversity within our foam extinguishing systems is great and we ensure that we find the right solution for your specific needs. We distinguish between different types of foam, such as high expansion, medium expansion and low expansion foam. The choice of the right foam depends on the product to be protected, the method of application and its applicability within your installation. We also take into account ever-changing regulations and the growing demand for fluorine-free foams. Crea Construct offers foam systems in which the foam concentrate is completely mixed based on water flow or water pressure. This includes bladder tanks, FireDos foam pumps and self-priming mixers. For larger foam systems we can work with a foam pump and a foam supply line under pressure, where mechanical or electronic mixing is possible. A crucial factor in foam extinguishing systems is the correct percentage of mixing and its control. We ensure correct mixing and have it inspected by certified organizations. If necessary, we conduct live foam tests that are carefully prepared to minimize schedule and environmental impact.
Sprinkler installation
Our standard sprinkler system includes a water supply, a pump system and a sprinkler network with "closed" sprinkler heads that activate at a specific temperature. This robust design ensures rapid detection and effective fire fighting. Danger of frost in your building? No problem. Our experts assess the situation and offer the best solution, such as dry alarm valves, glycol systems or tracing, to optimally protect your sprinkler system against the cold. At Crea Construct, all our materials meet both general regulatory requirements and your specific wishes. We attach great importance to quality and ensure that the pipework is prefabricated to minimize installation time on site. Our supplied and installed pipes comply with the standards EN10217-1 (welded flame tube), EN10216-1 (seamless tube) or EN10255 (thick-walled tube). We use a RAL3000 powder coating, hot dip galvanization or a combination of both finishes as standard. If you would like other color options, we can accommodate them.
