ICR Integrity - Composite Repairs
About us
We develop and deliver advanced methods for maintaining, repairing and inspecting assets and critical infrastructure.
At StocExpo 2026, ICR will showcase Technowrap™, our engineered composite repair technology capable of restoring damaged and corroded tanks, pipelines, structures, and more.
We will also showcase INSONO™, our composite inspection technology, and Quickflange™, our weldless flange-to-pipe connection technology.
Our Regional Key Account Manager, Ryan Crabb, will be exhibiting at the event. If you have any questions for Ryan ahead of StocExpo, please get in touch at ryan.crabb@icr-world.com

Technowrap™ Engineered Composite Repairs
Defined life repair technology for damaged pipework, pipelines and structural components. Technowrap™ is a versatile long-term alternative to steel replacement that offers practical and cost-effective rehabilitation and minimal disruption to operations. Applied to live targeted areas, with no requirement for shutdown, it supports safe operations while optimising production uptime whilst delivering tangible cost savings and environmental benefits. With over 30 years of experience and more than 50,000 composite repair applications globally, we are a market leader in composite repair technology. Our bespoke engineered repair systems utilise glass or carbon fibre stitched cloths combined with two-part epoxy resins, tailored to meet a wide range of mechanical and environmental requirements.

INSONO™ Composite Repair Inspection
Ensuring Integrity and Extending the Life of Composite Repairs. INSONO™ is ICR’s innovative non-destructive inspection system, specifically developed for use with Technowrap™ Engineered Composite Repairs. It utilises acoustic inspection methods; including pitch and catch, resonance, and mechanical impedance analysis to identify delaminations within the laminate and, most critically, disbonds along the bond line. INSONO™ addresses two key challenges in the composite repair lifecycle: (1) Validation of repairs throughout their design life (2) Verification for design life extension beyond the original design life Its compact, handheld design allows for easy deployment across all typical Technowrap™ repair application geometries, including difficult-to-access areas. The inspection probes are custom-designed to be effective in the specific application zones of composite repairs.

Quickflange™ Weldless Connectors
For over 20 years, Quickflange™ has revolutionised flange-to-pipe connections by providing a permanent and mechanically robust alternative to traditional welding. Our technology ensures rapid and safe installations eliminating hot work providing a cost-effective solution for improving pipeline integrity and flow assurance. ICR’s Quickflange™ weldless technology utilises a modified standard flange where patented internal grooves are machined in such a way that it slides over the pipe end. By combining our Quickflange™ connector with our bespoke activation tool, the process of installing a Quickflange™ weldless connector is both quick and easy.
