About us
We are a Swedish-Polish company specializing in the development, design and production of an innovative tank building system for aboveground welded steel tanks. The tank building system’s creator, Niklas Nordin, brings over 35 years of experience in the field. His passion, skill and commitment inspire and motivate our entire team.
Today, we are part of TLC Group, a group of companies that successfully operate in international markets. To date, Nordweld has successfully delivered its tank building system to numerous clients, who have completed their projects successfully and provided positive feedback.
A key feature of Nordweld’s tank building system is its ability to lift and rotate the tank throughout the entire construction process. The system is modular and can be adapted for tanks built from coil, flat material or pre-rolled plates. Our tank building system enables customers to have a 100% mechanized welding process, simplifying the overall process while maintaining good work quality and enhancing worker safety. The system has been tested to ensure reliability and efficiency.

NORDWELD TANK BUILDING SYSTEM
Nordweld Tank Building System is a ground-breaking onsite system designed for the erection of large above ground atmospheric and pressured tanks, which enables the construction of tanks with a diameter of 8 to 50 meters and a weight up to 700 tons. The maximum height depends upon the ratio between the diameter, height and lifting weight. Nordweld Tank Building System is modular and the amount of equipment depends on the size, type and material of the tank. By using the top-down method, you gain stability from the roof and good weather protection during the erection process. The entire tank is rotating during the installation of the sheets and during the welding progress. All welding can be mechanized and preformed from a single point at ground level. All components are stored and transported in 20ft HC shipping containers for efficient handling of the equipment. Nordweld is part of the TLC Group.

Lightweight, steel constructions such as technical, emergency or spiral stairs, steel staircases, platforms and technical ladders dedicated to all kind of tanks, production, storage and logistics halls as well as both inside and outside of industrial halls and other buildings. Our structures are mainly constructed from S235/S355 steel that is protected against corrosion using hot dip galvanization. Components for industrial stairs (handrails, balustrades, supporting frames) can be coated using the following techniques: - sprayed with wet paint - dry painted using powder paints - protected using Duplex method - in case of fire protection requirements, we provide protection with fireproof paints. The purpose of our offer is to provide a safe and convenient route to access upper levels or platforms, as well as landings around types of machinery or devices in production halls.
