Acoustic Emission
Acoustic emission allows the detection of possible tank floor corrosion. It evaluates how serious the corrosion is and locates different sources, without the need to empty and clean the tank.

Lizard ACFM
The ACFM (Alternating Current Field Measurement ) method is an electromagnetic inspection method which enables to detect and size superficial and subsurface cracks quickly and reliably. Due to its characteristics and technical results, it is a perfect and superior replacement for manual and rudimentary techniques such as liquid penetrante or magnetic particles, since it has enormous advantages over these methods: It is not a contact technique, so it does not require surface preparation, previous cleaning or removal of paints or coatings; It does not require any type of supplies since it does not use couplings, liquids, or aerosols of any kind; It can be applied in conditions of reduced visibility since it is not necessary for the inspection; Detects and sizes indications, so it does not need to rely on complementary techniques such as angular UT, PA or Radiography, for dimensioning.

Drone Inspections in Confined Spaces
This new development in remote flight technology allows the inspection of confined spaces in a simple, effective way and with complete control of all possible variables during flight. Flying a drone in a confined space requires very particular technical specifications. Features such as stabilization, active surface tracking and lighting, among others, are essential to carry out a high-quality remote inspection..

Microwaves
Is a non-destructive testing technique developed specifically for the inspection of non-conductive (dielectric) materials, such as plastics, elastomers, ceramics, fiberglass, composite materials, or others. When Applied to inspect fiberglass tanks, the Micro wave technique identify internal defects with excellent accuracy, while only accessing the external face of the equipment. Image obtained by external inspection of a fiberglass container in which previous repairs on the equipment and new defects that need repair can be identified.

Training
Our level 3 experts in the different advanced methods provide practical and theoretical courses of the different methods used. The courses are compliant with international standards and we have an agreement in place with the European certification institutions to provide training and certification under ISO 9712. Our goal is to obtain a high level of personnel development in advanced non-destructive testing and integrity. We are aiming to provide the necessary technical support so that our clients can succeed.
