Intellitrol2 - Overfill and Grounding Unit
The Intellitrol®2 is designed to serve as a secondary overfill protection system for loading operations. It is intended for use in hazardous locations and is packaged in an explosion-proof (flameproof) enclosure and has International approvals and certifications. The Intellitrol®2 performs a variety of monitoring functions and provides a number of outputs to control valves, pumps and other systems including Terminal Automation Systems (TAS). It has an integrated display to indicate system and monitoring status, a bypass capability, and communications for integration with TAS and other systems. The Intellitrol®2 contains a pair of microprocessors, each with its own relay, that monitors critical functions. Only when both processors detect a safe condition will both relays close and make outputs permissive. The Intellitrol®2 is designed to be Faylsafe® and in the event of a failure (power, sensors, or internal electronics) the unit will enter a non-permissive (safe) state. This state of the art Dynamic Self-Testing® system controller provides overfill prevention, vehicle earth verification and vehicle identification operating in a single enclosure. The Intellitrol®2 also provides the user with comprehensive diagnostic information, both locally on the exterior of the control unit housing and remotely to the terminal automation system via RS-485 communications.

ST-15C-WX Series Overfill Prevention Control Units for Storage Tanks
The Scully ST-15C-WX series multiple-point liquid-level detection control units are available in three through twelve channel models. The ST-15C-WX is commonly used to provide overfill protection, high level warning, low level warning and/or individual pump and valve control functions. They are well suited for multiple fixed storage tank and transport tank applications where individual display and/or output control is required. The output control function may be reversed to alarm for a dry sensor condition rather than a wet sensor condition for low level warning. The ST-15C-WX enclosure includes individual red indicator lamps that light when a sensor is wetted, a power indicator lamp, an alarm acknowledge push button and alarm test push button. Once a sensor alarm is acknowledged the alarm output circuit is reset, however, the indicator lamp remains lit until the sensor is dry again. ST-15C-WX series controllers incorporate Scully’s unique and exclusive Dynacheck® circuitry when connected to Scully sensors. Using pulsed signals to simulate a wet or “unsafe” condition, the monitor automatically and continuously checks the entire system operation; controller, wiring, connectors and sensors for faults thirty (30) times per second. If liquid comes in contact with the sensor tip, or in the unlikely event a fault occurs, the pulsed signals cease and the monitor signals an audible alarm and/or controls pumps and valves for immediate shutdown. Compatible liquid level sensors for the ST-15C-WX employ solid state thermistor and Instant-On optic sensing technology. Sensors and holders constructed of aluminum or stainless steel for sensing a wide variety of liquid products including petroleum and chemicals are available.

Scully Rack Tester
The Scully Rack Tester is an advanced, comprehensive, portable tester approved for testing in hazardous locations. It allows Scully customers and field personnel to quickly assess any Scully overfill prevention, earthing and vehicle identification rack controller for proper equipment operation. In the event of a malfunction, it facilitates problem isolation and resolution.

Static Ground Proving Controller ST-47 Groundhog™
DESCRIPTION Don't let unsure earthing / bonding methods leave you guessing. Transport vehicles should be properly tied to earth before and during the loading operation. There should never be any doubt that the earthing systems at your terminals are performing their proper function. Many systems give you little assurance of their operation. The Scully Groundhog gives you complete assurance that a proper static earth tie-in is present. The Groundhog is a self-proving earthing system for maximum safety in loading operations. The system consists of a rack mounted control housing with two connection methods. It can operate in conjunction with your existing Scully Overfill Prevention System or as an independent unit. Scully Signal Company has over 30 years of electronic liquid handling system experience. Scully is widely recognised for dependability, service and safety. The Scully Groundhog earthing system can be used for a wide variety of loading applications for use with tank trucks, rail cars, and aircraft refuelers.

Portable Liquid Level (Cane) Sensor
The SP-PY, SP-PYH, SP-PYU and SP-PYIO liquid detection sensors are single point sensors, and are used in numerous top loading applications such as rail cars and chemical trailers. They provide overfill protection by determining when liquid product has reached a predetermined level in the tank compartment. These sensors are intended for use with Scully control monitors, which incorporate Dynacheck®. Dynacheck® circuitry monitors the sensor, wiring, connections, and its own operation 30 times per second. When a sensor comes in contact with liquid, or if an unlikely fault occurs within the system itself, Dynacheck® signals for the immediate shutdown of the loading operation and/or sounds an audible alarm. The SP–PY, SP–PYU and SP–PYIO sensors are used in unheated liquids. The SP–PYH sensor is used in heated liquids. Each model has an adjustable clamp or coupling depending on its intended use. Scully SP-PY, SP-PYH, SP-PYU and SP-PYIO sensors are portable style units which connect to the rack via a plug and cable. A socket is mounted to the rack for this purpose. They may also be wired directly. They are hung at the rack location or stored elsewhere when not in use. The sensor is inserted into the tank compartment. An adjustable clamp or coupling lets you determine the sensing level and holds the sensor in place in the tank. Scully portable sensors are available in aluminum or stainless steel. Units with connection cables that detach from the rack location are also available. The SP-PY, SP-PYH, SP-PYU and SP-PYIO sensors are compatible with Scully ST-15C series control monitors. SP-PYFU sensors are compatible with Scully ST-35C series & Intellitrol®2 control monitors

ST-35 - Multi-Point Controller
The ST-35C is for use with Scully 5-Wire Optic Sensors, Model SP-FU series. It can monitor up to twelve of these sensors in a “series” signal path. If any one of the connected sensors senses liquid, the ST-35C will respond to this “wet” condition; output relay contact opens and red light turns on. Although its typical application is monitoring of sensors mounted on multi-compartment vehicles, it can also be used for high level detection in storage tanks (tank farms). One relay output contact is provided, which opens if any sensor detects liquid. ST-35C is also used with vehicles equipped with Scully’s IntelliCheck® series or Load Anywhere® Overfill Prevention Monitors. It interfaces with 5-Wire optic socket(s) on these vehicles. The Control Unit has an explosion proof enclosure for mounting in locations that are classified as hazardous. For additional ground proving options, the system works in conjunction with the Scully Groundhog Self-Proving Earthing Verification System

Scully CONNECT™ Plus

It will save hours of installation time, prevent mis-wiring of the system, and allow for trouble-free connections. The patent pending sensor and cabling system has been designed for reliable operation and maximum safety. The sensor features a connector for simple sensor installation and replacement, and the new sensor levers allow for tool-less sensor access in tight spaces. The exterior cable connectors on the cap feature marine-grade watertight fittings. The sensor and cap have been extensively tested to withstand extreme environmental conditions.
