Vertical Filter Housing
The Vertical Filter Housing (VFH) assembly provides two element options to meet the requirements in the aviation fuel filtration industry: Coalescer/Separator and Microfilter (Prefilter). The VFH system fascinates by high economic efficiency as well as an easy installation. It is designed and constructed for easy element change-out. For use with JET Fuel, AVGAS and MoGas.

Coalescer Separator Elements
The two stage filter system comprises a coalescer and a separator element. The coalescer/separator filter system removes water and contaminants from fuels and other hydrocarbons. sefiso CS-Type coalescer/separator filters are intended for use in Vertical Filter Housings (VFH) on refuellers, hydrant dispensers, other mobile and stationary refuelling equipment.

Electronic Bulk Water Sensor SLUGGUARD
Electronic Bulk Water Sensor to distinguish between diesel fuel and water. The SLUGGUARD® enables continuous detection of water in sumps of filter/water separators or in drain points of filter vessels. The high-precision switch is also suitable for compact filter housings. A blue LED light indicates operating or alarm switching states.

Electronic Water Sensor AFGUARD®
AFGUARD® Electronic Water Sensor (EWS) is leading in aviation fuel condition monitoring. The sensor provides the required assurance that every single litre of fuel delivered to the aircraft is monitored and prevents water from reaching the aircraft by triggering a deadman shut down when it detects water concentrations beyond the configured threshold. AFGUARD® can be used in conjunction with all aviation fuel filtration technologies at aircraft refueling. The sensor is considered fail-safe and hazardous area (ATEX and IECEx) approved. AFGUARD® is qualified for use as an alternative to Chemical Water Detectors (CWD). Accepted by Joint Inspection Group (JIG) Recommended by IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) The sensor system complies with the ISO 13849 standard Required in conjunction with EI 1599 Dirt Defence filter elements Recommended for use downstream of all filtration technologies to verify filter performance (PerformanceBasedFilterLife™)

Conductivity Monitoring MLA 900
The MLA 900 has been developed to measure the electrical conductivity and temperature of fuels and light mineral oils in a wide range of applications. Sampling from the roof of a storage tank to laboratories, fuel loading racks and at the wing of an aircraft where intrinsically safe hazardous area regulations apply.

Conductivity Stick CUGUARD
Offering improved accuracy, the patented AC technology used by the sefiso CUGUARD eliminates the guess work when taking a conductivity measurement. DC devices which never reach equilibrium experience a large inrush current which then slows as polarization voltage builds on the two measurement electrodes. This results in zero flow as charges on the electrodes form an infinite impedance. This means a DC device must guess when the current flow is representative of the fluid’s ability to conduct. Movement of a DC sensor when taking the test will also dramatically affect the result. The AC (patented) technology continuously varies the voltage from one electrode to another, so no polarization occurs which makes the measurement flow insensitive. This allows many measures to be taken over a number of cycles resulting in very high precision.

Digital Free Water Detector Hydro-Light
The JF-WA1 Hydro-Light ASTM D3240 Digital Free Water Detector for Jet Fuel revolutionises the testing of free water in aviation fuel. The Hydro-Light provides results efficiently through a straightforward, one-step measurement process. Simply place the pad in the slide, insert the slide into the machine, and read the digital display, which indicates the free water content of the fuel up to 50 PPM. This device is utilised to conduct the ASTM Test Method D3240. The Hydro-Light significantly enhances the accuracy and reliability of the ASTM D3240 test method by eliminating human error and delivering digital results.
