Our main products are the 700 series rotary and the 682 pistons flow-meters. In addition to these, we manufacture all the ancillary equipment required for the correct functioning of our flow-meters, amongst which, our electronic register, TCS3000, which now is also available in the ATEX Version.
Products
700 series rotary PD flowmeters
The TCS 700 series rotary flow meter has a simple and efficient meter design consisting of a housing and three rotors that rotate in unison within the measuring chamber. The absence of wear, from no metal-to-metal contact within the chamber, eliminates any deterioration in accuracy and provides a long service life. The rotors are supported by bearings inserted into two bearing plates, where at the end of each rotor shaft is a timing gear. The timed rotation between each rotor is then transferred through the calibration adjuster to the register, giving a consistent and superior measurement of accuracy.
682 series piston PD flowmeter
The TCS 682 reciprocating piston flow meter is a true positive displacement meter that has a unique inline design consisting of three reciprocating pistons operating within their respective measuring chambers. Each piston works in a manner similar to an automobile engine. The pistons are fitted to a wobble plate, which has a shaft extending from its upper surface and a valve pivot attached beneath it. The valve pivot drives a sliding valve from piston to piston as a known amount of product flows through each cylindrical bore, controlling the sequence of events in a smooth mechanical motion. This smooth mechanical motion is then transferred through the drive shaft to the register. The TCS 682 reciprocating piston flow meter combines outstanding accuracy (0.1% of flow rate) with one of the widest turndown ratios in the industry (250:1). The TCS 682 reciprocating piston flow meter has a rugged industrial design that is tolerant to changing viscosities, temperatures and liquids with suspensions and solids. TCS3000 ELECTRONIC FLOW COMPUTER - UL version
The TCS 3000 is a powerful, electronic register designed to transform the way you deliver fuel. It has been engineered to control most vehicle delivery operations. The TCS 3000 can improve your cash flow by allowing the driver to make more deliveries in less time with increased accuracy and security. With the ease of setup, you have the option of a simple “Pump & Print” delivery or a custom measurement solution.
TCS3000 electronic flow computer - ATEX version
he TCS 3000ex register is a fully integrated custody transfer flow computer that will control all vehicle delivery operations. The Open Software Architecture provides the option of a simple “Pump & Print” delivery or a custom measurement solution. The TCS 3000ex features a 7” x 3.5” full color VGA display screen, multiple delivery screens and a backlit alpha-numeric keypad for the user interface. The TCS 3000ex electronic register is a fully integrated flow computer that will control all delivery operations. The modular design and open software architecture provide you with a tailored system that is expandable for future needs. The TCS 3000ex features a large easy view VG screen, alpha-numeric keypad and open printer interface for simple “Pump and Print” deliveries. Software features offer complete flexibility of delivery screen information with preset, price/tax, customizable ticket format and password protection. The TCS 3000ex improves your product security and eases access to your delivery data and reduces your operation costs. Many additional features are available (multiple product delivery, additive injection, density/temperature correction, multiple valve & pump control and so on and so forth to enhance your measurement solution.
500 serial oval gears flowmeters
The oval gear flowmeter is a precise positive displacement meter incorporating a pair of oval geared rotors. These meters are capable of measuring the flow of a broad of clean liquids. The unit is made in stainless steel rendering it suited for most water based products, chemicals and lubricating liquids. This meter is available as a blind pulse meter with non-factored pulse output capable of interfacing to most monitoring and control instrumentation
