Job Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site field service support to include preventative and corrective maintenance of Electronic Overfill Prevention, Static Grounding and Vehicle Identification Systems
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve customer technical issues via phone and at the customer site.
• Repair of Warranty returns at office workshop.
• Commissioning of new equipment
• Conduct product training at customer locations
• Respond to customer product inquiries
• Repair, test and maintain equipment
• Make recommendations to customer maintenance technicians
• Prepare technical reports
• Assist in providing technical input to customer proposals & presentations
• 60% travel within Europe
While in the Belgium office, duties also include:
• Arranging customer visits and planning trip itinerary to assigned countries
• Answering incoming technical/commercial questions
• Building and upgrading demo-equipment & loaner stock
• Follow up on customer requests
• Answer the phone during busy times
• Write documentation for repair procedures as required
• Write technical support documentation for end-user customers
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and equipment configurations
• Assist in translating client requests into quotations
• Assist with product assembly work
