Regional Sales Manager Belgium
In the position of Regional Sales Manager, you act as a bridge builder between large and small producers in the fluid processing industries and our internal sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager at AxFlow B.V., you are the company’s forward position at the table with both large and small producers in the fluid processing industries. In this independent role, you are responsible for all external sales activities within your assigned region. You focus on targeted acquisition, identify market developments and opportunities, and respond to them effectively. In a competitive environment, you are able to secure orders through your technical expertise. You actively engage with relevant customers and prospects, thereby contributing to a clear positioning and expansion of the company’s market presence.
Job Requirements
• You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Process Technology, or have many years of experience in the world of pumps.
• You possess demonstrable commercial skills.
• You are familiar with the fundamentals of selecting high-quality positive displacement pumps, valves, and process equipment.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• You live near the West Flanders / Brussels region.

Employment Conditions
• A market-based salary, depending on age and experience.
• A one-year contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract thereafter.
• A 40-hour working week, including 2 hours of accrued ATV (working time reduction).
• 20 vacation days and 13 ATV days (12 ATV days plus 1 additional conventional holiday), including 4 collective ATV days.
