Dialight LED Lighting Range Achieves DNV Certification for Offshore Applications

Farmingdale, NJ (20 October 2014) – Dialight (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in LED lighting technology, today announced that four of its industry leading product lines are now certified by DNV. Dialight is among the first in the industry to achieve this certification for use in both the North Sea and international offshore applications. The achievement reinforces Dialight’s superior LED lighting range and its presence in the oil and gas industry.
DNV is a world-class certification authority that specialises in the protection of life, property and the environment in offshore applications. Dialight’s LED lighting fixtures have met the critical safety rules set in place by DNV, demonstrating the reliability and safety of the products. The fixtures certified are available in a variety of lumen and wattage packages amongst Dialight’s product ranges, including the High Bay, Area Light, Bulkhead and Linear. Within the available line of certified products includes fixtures certified for:

• ATEX/IECEx Zone 1
