Project insights: 188 degassing and emission treatment services all over Europe in 2025

In Antwerp, we carried out the degassing of a major production plant. After completion, our unit temporarily replaced a stationary exhaust gas treatment system during maintenance. A 3 MW mobile vapor combustion unit was deployed, underlining the flexibility of our technology for short-term applications. For long-term emission treatment, two units were deployed to Rotterdam. A 10 MW mobile vapor combustion unit is permanently stationed at a tank terminal to treat emissions during ship and tank truck loading. At a refinery, a containerised Mobile Combustor ensures compliant emission treatment during ship loading operations. An ATEX Zone 0 blower is also deployed for vapor extraction. We completed our first application in Scandinavia with a 5 MW unit deployed to Finland for tank degassing during a plant turnaround. Another unit was mobilised to Saudi Arabia and is now available for emission treatment projects in the Middle East. In the Netherlands, our mobile vapor combustion unit temporarily replaced a stationary VRU during an unplanned shutdown. The unit was operational within 24 hours, ensuring uninterrupted loading operations and preventing a facility shutdown. Our permanent ship degassing site in the Port of Duisburg was highly utilised. A vapor combustion unit and nitrogen vaporizer provide vessels with a compliant solution for degassing, purging and product changes.
