Robotic solution for Fuel tank cleaning - Lombrico FTC

Lombrico X Fuel Tank Cleaning is an ATEX Zone O certified system developed for
cleaning underground and above ground horizontal tanks using its four main
functions:
1. chemical product spraying.
2. High pressure washing.
3. Sludge removal.
4. Video inspection.

The robot is composed of a stainless-steel structure equipped with hydraulic and antistatic
components as well as a foldable arm equipped with rotating high pressure water
nozzles for cleaning the internal surfaces of horizontal tanks. The sludge on the bottom of
the tank is then removed through the suction hose on the lower part of the machine, which
has to be connected to the suction hose of a vacuum truck or a pump.
