Volume repairs

The speed of a welding robot in the field is unmatched by any human. Typically, our robots deliver 5–10 times the efficiency of an experienced welder.

With our skilled robot operators, welding defects can be reduced to a minimum. The high level of control allows for lower heat input, and hence less welding deformations.

Typical high-volume welding tasks include corrosion repairs with extensive damage such as CUI remediation, tank wall build-up, and flange repairs. Faster repairs, larger coverage, higher quality, and improved HSE are just some of the benefits.
