Earl has over 33 years’ experience in pipelines and terminals in roles in Engineering, Operations, Business Development, EH&S, and Management. He is Owner of Crochet Midstream Consulting and EVP of BD for Perceptive Sensors Technologies.

Earl has been active in the API since 1994: Subcommittee of Aboveground Storage Tanks (past Chairman); co-chair of API 2350 Tank Overfill Prevention Committee; and serves on other API committees. He was past Chairman of the ILTA. He teaches Pipelines and Terminals 101 at the EPA OSC academy.

Earl has been a Certified API 653 Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector since 1993. Earl has BSME and an MBA from LSU. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in 3 States.
