This month, StocExpo welcomed Emma Earl as the new Marketing Intern. We caught up with her to hear what she’s most excited to get involved with

Hi Emma! Welcome to the team! What part of your new role are you most excited to dive into?

I’m most excited to learn more about the events industry and the strategy behind getting StocExpo running.

What are you studying at university, and what made you choose it?

I’m currently studying Marketing because I’ve always enjoyed being creative and working with numbers. I’ve always thought that marketing is a great way to combine both skills and try out different jobs under the marketing umbrella. 

If you had a free plane ticket anywhere in the world, where would you go and what’s the first thing you’d do there?

What’s the first thing you’d do there?

I would go to the Dolomites and to explore the trails and have a drink with a great view. 

What’s something you absolutely love doing outside of work or university?

I enjoy going to the gym and putting my headphones on to step away from work and focus on myself. 

If you could trade places with anyone for 24 hours, who would it be and why?

I’d probably trade places with my friend because she’s staying in New York for the next few weeks. 

Is there a particular skill or area you’re hoping to develop while working on StocExpo?

I’m excited to work on my confidence over the next year and throw myself into every opportunity that comes my way to learn more about the industry.
