Gate Terminal has received ISCC certification

Gate terminal, a joint venture of Vopak and Gasunie, is pleased to announce it has received ISCC certification as a Bio-LNG warehouse. Gate is constantly looking to reduce the environmental impact of the LNG chain and of the LNG product itself. This certification will allow our customers to import certified Bio-LNG and distribute it towards e.g., shipping or trucks. By using the same infrastructure Bio-LNG is fully interchangeable with traditional LNG and can further help to reduce CO2 emissions. Gate is working on further steps along this sustainable journey.
