Leading global event for Inspection & Maintenance Robotics to take place in Amsterdam in 2022

The 2022 edition of the SPRINT Robotics World Conference for Inspection & Maintenance Robotics will be held in person at RAI Amsterdam from September 27-28, 2022. The two-day conference and exhibition has grown to become the leading global event for robotics for Inspection, Maintenance and Cleaning.

The importance of meeting each other face-to-face drove the decision to move to Amsterdam. In addition to more networking opportunities, hosting the event at RAI Amsterdam allows for extended exhibition space and a large technology demonstration area. RAI Amsterdam is one of Europe’s most vibrant conference venues, and is conveniently situated in the Zuidas business district of Amsterdam, just five minutes from the city center and roughly ten minutes from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

The two-day conference program and exhibition will cover a broad scope of robotic solutions and use cases for Inspection, Maintenance and Cleaning challenges, aiming to create synergies between different sectors. Attendees have the opportunity to hear insights from 50+ international speakers: innovators and trailblazers that are taking on challenges faced in inspection and maintenance operations and who are reshaping the world of asset integrity management.

Niels Westendorp, General Manager of the SPRINT Robotics Collaborative: “We are looking forward to gathering the global Inspection and Maintenance robotics ecosystem in Amsterdam. Knowledge sharing and in-person networking are key elements for reaching our common goal: accelerating the use and deployment of robots. The networking events and conference give us the opportunity to address important trends and prioritize asset owner challenges.”

As industries are rapidly shifting their focus to clean energy production assets, the impact of the energy transition and the role Inspection and Maintenance robotics can play will unquestionably be one facet of the conference program. Another aspect highlighted will be the vulnerabilities the COVID-19 pandemic has revealed in supply chains, demonstrating that the reliance on human presence in facilities is a risk to continuity. These new insights have provided a whole new dimension to the importance of automated solutions, remote operations and robotics.

With 400+ delegates, 50+ international speakers, the Conference Banquet, the SPRINT Robotics Awards ceremony, panel sessions and a broad scope of industries, the World Conference for Inspection & Maintenance Robotics is the best place to share knowledge, learn about existing end user cases, network with industry experts and gain new perspectives into the global status of robotics for Inspection and Maintenance.
