ETS Degassing is the core operating company of ETS Group and Europe’s leading provider for Mobile Emission Treatment. We support tank terminals, refineries, chemical plants and maritime operators whenever industrial emissions need to be treated during maintenance, turnarounds, shutdowns, unplanned outages or temporary equipment failures.

Our work begins where industrial operations cannot simply stop. When tanks, pipelines, process systems, ships or inland vessels have to be emptied, cleaned, inspected or returned to service, vapours and gases must be handled safely and reliably. ETS Degassing brings the required treatment capacity directly to site, often at short notice and for exactly as long as the project requires.

Our mobile treatment systems are designed for hydrocarbon vapours, VOCs and HAPs. They operate without an open flame and can achieve a destruction efficiency of more than 99.99%. Applications include tank and pipeline degassing, refinery and terminal turnarounds, temporary VRU replacement, ship and barge degassing, and the treatment of emissions from LNG fuel tanks.

Mobile Emission Treatment is complemented by three further service areas:

Nitrogen & Safety Services provide the nitrogen capacity and operational support required for purging, inerting, cooling and other safety-critical work.

Emission Measurement Services enable emissions to be recorded and assessed directly in the field. This gives operators a reliable basis for project control and subsequent reporting.

Impact Calculation & Documentation turns project and measurement data into clear, verifiable results. Customers can document the effect of the work carried out and demonstrate the difference between controlled treatment and the release of untreated emissions.
