You will maintain long-term relationships with customers in our focus market segments. You will work closely with our lighting engineers and back office colleagues. The functions includes the following tasks:
– Providing customers with expert, honest and best-fit advice
– Making and following up on transparent calculations and corresponding quotations
– Keeping timely and accurate records of sales in Exact Online
– Processing orders and coordinating on this with back office colleagues
– Writing and leading customer specific project plans
– Tracking sales phases up to order phase in Exact Online
– Periodic coordination with partners and suppliers
– Maintaining and optimizing the professional network
– Writing, following up and adjusting an annual plan
– Achieving your qualitative and quantitative goals
