Role Overview
As Project Manager, you take full ownership of fire sprinkler projects from initial design and budgeting through to final commissioning. You collaborate closely with clients, engineers, site foremen, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, compliant installations.
Key Responsibilities:
* **Client & Proposal Management:** Assess client requirements on-site, translate needs into tailored solutions, and prepare comprehensive quotes.
* **End-to-End Execution:** Oversee projects through to delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and strict safety protocols.
* **Leadership & Coordination:** Direct site foremen and subcontractors while working hand-in-hand with engineering and procurement.
* **Quality & Safety:** Conduct periodic site inspections to maintain peak safety and quality standards.
#### **Candidate Profile**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
* At least 3 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction.
* Fluent in Dutch and French.
* Organized, stress-resilient, and autonomous problem solver.
* Clear ambition to grow into an **Operations Manager** role.
