This flow meter is innovative turbine flow meter, fluid driving the turning of the turbine, the speed of the turbine is rationed to the flow of the fluid in the entry, the flow is precisely calculated upon the turning of the turbine by the SCM. For the fluid with viscosity, the angular velocity (or pulse frequency) of the turbine is proportional to the instantaneous flow rate (or velocity) of the fluid.
