Advanced Sustainable Technologies (AST) joins the AHP

The African Hydrogen Partnership (AHP) is delighted to welcome Advanced Sustainable Technologies (AST) as its first member specialising in Waste-to-HydrogenPower.

Advanced Sustainable Technologies (AST) Ltd. – a global leader in waste management technology, which utilises its proprietary waste to value platforms to enable a circular economy as part of its vision of a more sustainable world powered by clean energy – announced today it has joined the African Hydrogen Partnership (AHP), the only continent-wide African umbrella association and leading association dedicated to the development of green hydrogen in Africa.

“We, at AST, are dedicated to changing how the world views waste,” said Mr. Dan Levin, Founder and CEO. “AST brings decades of knowledge and experience developing, manufacturing and operating waste management solutions, tackling various types of waste to recycle and produce new products that can address the growing waste and energy crises the human race is facing.”

“African countries provide great potential for implementing waste to energy and hydrogen technologies due to their large quantities of agricultural waste and unique environmental settings. I believe future progress can come from the most unexpected places and we will soon see African countries becoming a focal point for sustainability.”
