1. Why is celebrating young talent in the industry important?
   It brings fresh thinking and momentum to an industry that doesn’t change easily. Recognizing new voices helps accelerate much-needed innovation.
2. What has been your biggest challenge to date?
   Getting companies to move. Most know things can be more efficient, but don’t exactly know how. Changes, even small ones, can be scary and helping them take that step takes persistence.
3. What are your plans and goals for the future?
   To make BlastXpert the company you call when you want to stop wasting money and resources when blasting. Across Europe. With measurable results, smarter systems, and fewer disruptions.
4. What advice would you give the next generation?
   Get your hands dirty and don’t wait for the perfect moment. There’s no such thing. Start, get dirty, fall, learn, improve and do it again.
