The Bureau International des Containers et du Transport Intermodal (BIC) has introduced an updated data upload feature for BoxTech, its complimentary worldwide container information platform. The enhancement marks the first phase of several upgrades scheduled for rollout throughout 2026.

The redesigned interface enables container owners to create customized upload templates tailored to their specific reporting requirements, eliminating the need to use a single comprehensive template containing all available data fields. Users can choose relevant information categories such as CSC safety plate details, tank container specifications, smart container data, and dimensional information and generate a CSV file based on their selected fields.
