Shortlist revealed for the Global Tank Storage Awards

London, 20 January 2022: The Global Tank Storage Awards have announced the 2022 shortlist. Out of a record 200+ entries, companies including Exolum, Rubis and Vesta Terminal have made the shortlist.

Now in its fifth year, the Global Tank Storage Awards is committed to recognising terminal achievement, celebrating excellence in safety, sustainability and innovation and connecting the global tank storage community.

The judging panel is made up of 16 international experts in the storage sector from companies including Vopak, Oiltanking, Ineos, BP, The Oil and Pipelines Agency and many more.

Brand new for this year is the ‘Terminal of the Future’ Award, which will recognise the terminal that is preparing for the energy transition and demonstrating its ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.

This and four other awards: Safety Excellence, Terminal Innovation, Port of the Future and Outstanding Achievement Award, will be voted on by the industry.

The winners will be revealed during the ceremony and gala dinner on the evening of the 24^th May, as part of StocExpo in Rotterdam.
