
SABA Sealer MB
SABA Sealer MB is a highly chemically resistant and permanently elastic sealant. Solventfree, self-levelling and UV stable, based on polysulphide (2-component). Easy to process, with little or no shrinkage and durably applicable as a result of excellent elastic recovery following loading within the maximum permissible deformation. SABA Sealer MB was developed for elastic, liquid-proof sealing of horizontal (expansion) joints with a maximum gradient of approximately 4%. Suitable for installations for storage, filling or treatment of substances that are hazardous for watery environments and/or where (temporary) high chemical resistance is required, such as at petrol stations, chemical plants and emergency reservoirs. Also suitable for normal or fuel-resistant (expansion) joints in paving constructions of (prefabricated) elements such as those used in motorways, highways, parking facilities, bridge decks, airports, industrial floors and/or other surfaces for driving.

SABA Sealer MB-T was developed for elastic, liquid-proof sealing of vertical (expansion) joints. Suitable for installations for storage, filling or treatment of substances that are hazardous for watery environments and/or where (temporary) high chemical resistance is required, such as at petrol stations, chemical plants and emergency reservoirs. Also suitable for normal or fuel-resistant (expansion) joints in paving constructions of (prefabricated) elements such as those used in motorways, highways, parking facilities, bridge decks, airports, industrial floors and/or other surfaces for driving.

Saf T Change
Following rupture disk device activation, a replacement disk must be installed. Safe and efficient tank storage - EEMUA 159 training and competency courses
The EEMUA 159 training portfolio provides practitioner-level to awareness-level training, assessment and competency courses for tank integrity inspectors, assessors, engineers, managers and others responsible for process safety and for the safe operation and maintenance of in-service storage tanks for bulk fluids. Safeload Coupler Wear Gauge
The Safeload coupler wear gauge helps you check the condition of the coupler latches and operating mechanism. It will show: • if there is too much wear to the latches. • if there is some wear to the latches and you must schedule maintenance. • if the wear is less than the permitted limit and the coupler is satisfactory. The coupler wear gauge is compatible with semiautomatic, high-pressure and manual Safeload couplers.

Safeload Loading Arm
The Fort Vale 4" Safeload Loading Arm System consists of a combination of top-quality components, each with unique design features. Designed, manufactured and tested in-house, the Safeload System can be configured to produce a top or bottom loading arm solution. Unique to the market, the balance mechanism is manufactured in stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and inherent strength and durability. Balance adjustment is controlled by gas springs and a limiter bolt provides failsafe damage protection. All swivels have an integral earth system that ensures electrical continuity, eliminating the necessity for separate earth wiring. A choice of swivel seal materials is available, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of products and service conditions. The intermediate and coupler swivels are available in stainless steel or aluminium. A variety of spools and drop hoses are available for maximum installation flexibility and we offer a range of Safeload API bottom loading couplers to suit your operating requirements.

Safety components at service stations – Biofuels (E85) There are various technical solutions for the worldwide increased safety requirements for explosion protection. One of these challenges in particular; securing service stations, is met by RMGGASELAN with a newly developed range of compact flame arresters and vents. The vents serve to recirculate the petrol fumes safely, as well as secure ventilation. The development of various solutions became necessary, as the mineral oil companies worldwide all have their own safety philosophies. The new range is conceived in such a way that they are also in line with the increased technical requirements, which arose from the use of alternative fuels. In particular the continuing worldwide introduction of bioalcohol mixtures (E85) was taken into account. Therefore a sustainably fire resistant over and under pressure valve is a worldwide novelty for E85, which was matched to the particular technical requirements, has an interesting design and is produced in line with excellent quality standards. The compact design allows cost effective production which is reflected in a customer friendly price. With the new range, of which a large number of various valves has already been installed in Sweden, we hope to increase the popularity of RMG outside of the natural gas provision sector.

The discharge port is positioned above the center of the pump for easier evacuation and less build-up of solid material or gases. Down-port option: For fluids containing settling solids.
